This course introduces students to English for Specific Purposes (ESP) as a major branch of English language teaching that responds to learners’ specific academic, professional, and occupational needs. By the end of the course, students will be able to analyze ESP situations, identify learners’ needs, and design or evaluate ESP courses and materials suitable for specific fields.
