مادة حقوق الإنسان تم إنشاؤها لطلبة السنة الثانية ليسانس حقوق . ليتمكن الطالب من التعرف على حقوق الانسان بتكوين فكر قانوني حول ماهية هذه الحقوق والتعرف عليها وعلى الآليات التي تفعل عملها بكل من اللغتين العربية والانجليزية"خصوصا "، وتطوير مهاراتهم اللغوية لفهم محتوى المادة واستخدام المصطلحات القانونية المتعلقة بموضوع المادة بدقة باللغة الانجليزية على وجه الخصوص. حتى يتمكن الطلاب فيما بعد من دراسة المواد القانونية الأخرى الناتجة عن أساسيات هاته المادة، وكذا تعزيز تفكيرهم النقدي في هذه المادة .
تقدم هاته المادة في شكل محاور أساسية شاملة لهذا السداسي .
Human Rights course is created for second -year undergraduate students of law to make students understand about Human Rights and there mechanisms by developing a legal mindset regarding the nature of this corses . It also aims to familiarize students with its fundamental mechanisms in both Arabic and English (Specifically) languages. Improve their language skills to Understand the content of the subject. Make them as well use of this legal terminology which is related to the topic of the course as well. All this will empower students to subsequently engage and study other legal subjects resulting from the emergence of this filed and strengthen their critical thinking in these topics

يتضمن مقرر قانون الإجراءات الجزائية: القواعد الشكلية التي تنظم الدعوى الجنائية، بدءاً من مرحلة البحث والتحري وجمع الاستدلالات (الشرطة القضائية تحت ادارة واشراف النيابة العامة)، مروراً بالتحقيق الابتدائي القضائي (قاضي التحقيق و غرفة الاتهام)، ثم مرحلة التحقيق النهائي (مرحلة المحاكمة)، وصولاً إلى إصدار الأحكام وتنفيذها وطرق الطعن واخير التطرق الى رد الاعتبار القضائي
This course builds on the foundational legal terminology learned in the first year and expands students’ ability to understand and use English legal terms in more complex contexts. It focuses on specialized vocabulary across various areas of law.
Students learn to interpret authentic legal texts, such as statutes, case reports, contracts, and legal commentaries, and to apply terminology accurately in written and oral communication. The course emphasizes precision, contextual understanding, and formal usage, while introducing students to advanced legal phrases, and formulaic language used in professional legal discourse.
